What counts as one invitation credit?
Each invitation email sent to an invitee uses one invitation. Reminder emails and agenda emails to the agent do not use credits.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Your account continues working. Additional invitations are billed automatically in bundles of 100 at the overage rate for your plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not carry over.
When will EasyViewing be available?
EasyViewing is currently in development. Leave your email and we will get in touch as soon as it launches. Early sign-ups will be invited to the beta.
