Applicability
These terms of service apply to all use of EasyViewing, a software product offered by Tynka, based in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the EasyViewing application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
EasyViewing is a web-based application that enables estate agents and property professionals to automate the scheduling of property viewings. This includes sending invitations, managing time slots, handling waitlists, and delivering reminders and agenda emails. The service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.
Account registration
To use EasyViewing, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable use
You may use EasyViewing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to send unsolicited communications, to process data you are not authorised to handle, or in any way that violates applicable law including GDPR. Tynka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Credits and billing
EasyViewing operates on a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed when invitation emails are sent. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance. Additional credits may be purchased at the overage rate applicable to your plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Data and privacy
Your use of EasyViewing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal basis to process the personal data of your invitees when using EasyViewing to send viewing invitations.
Intellectual property
EasyViewing and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Tynka. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Availability and uptime
Tynka endeavours to keep EasyViewing available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will communicate planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tynka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EasyViewing, including but not limited to loss of business, missed viewings, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
Tynka reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of EasyViewing after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of EasyViewing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
